Foundation University Commemorates Achievements with
WHO Certificate Distribution Event
Certificate Distribution event for LQAS, Polio-WHO, at Foundation University School of Health Sciences Islamabad, on January 19, 2024, was a resounding success. Maj Gen Imran Fazal, Director FUSH, highlighted achievements and emphasized on the importance of fostering a conducive learning environment. WHO representatives, including Dr. Zainul Abedin Khan, Chief Polio Eradication Program at WHO Pakistan and Dr. Shumaila Akbar, Area Coordinator WHO Rawalpindi, provided insights on polio eradication in Pakistan. Prof Naila Azam, HOD Community Medicine FUSH, expressed gratitude and stressed the significance of knowledge exchange. Mementos were presented, symbolizing appreciation and showcasing FUSH's commitment to healthcare excellence.
