A seminar organized by Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi was held on 11th March, 2022. Dr. Shumaila Humayun and Dr. Sumaira Masood, faculty Community medicine department, Foundation university medical college attended the seminar.
Dr. Shumaila Humayun as key note speaker gave her talk on cervical cancer from public health perspective. She mesmerized the young female students by her influencing personality and great talk. She emphasized on all levels of prevention especially HPV vaccination for primary prevention along with early screening for secondary prevention. She also highlighted the problems faced by young girls for health care seeking in the background of our sociocultural context.
