Foundation University College of Physical Therapy (FUCP) offers a comprehensive two-year postgraduate program, Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MS-PT), aimed at advancing clinical expertise, research capabilities, and evidence-based practice among its graduates. The program is designed to prepare physical therapists for specialized roles in clinical practice, academia, and research.

FUCP provides the MS-PT program in the following areas of specialization: Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy (MSPT-MSK), Neurological Physical Therapy (MSPT-NPT), and Cardiopulmonary Physical Therapy (MSPT-CPT). Each specialization ensures an in-depth understanding of the respective field, supported by advanced clinical training and practical exposure, enabling graduates to effectively manage complex patient conditions.

The program is accredited by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), ensuring adherence to national academic standards. In addition, FUCP has established strong international collaborations, including a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Hasselt, Belgium, and Oklahoma Heart Hospital, USA.
