Admission in FUCN is open to all students irrespective of gender, religion, color, creed, class and domicile who are academically qualified for admission to the courses of study offered by the college.
The admission is offered strictly on the basis of merit determined by the university as per the admission criteria set by the PN&MC.
Following requirements of the Pakistan Nursing Council & Foundation University Islamabad (FUI) must be met by all the applicants seeking admission in the Nursing programs.
FSc (Pre-Medical) Minimum 50% marks from a recognized Board OR A-Level Certification and equivalence certificate from IBCC.

Documents to be Required
A candidate, who is eligible for admission, must upload attested copies of the following documents.
1. SSC or equivalent foreign qualification certificate / Result Card
2. HSSC or an equivalent foreign qualification certificate / Result Card
3. CNIC/Form B of the candidate
4. CNIC of Father/Spouse/Guardian
5. Receipt of Application Processing Fee Rs. 3,000/-
6. 01 Recent Passport Size Color Photographs.
7. Pension book of father in case of Beneficiaries.
8. FF Employees to provide service certificate duly signed / certified by the relevant FF authority.
9. Domicile.

Equivalence Certificates
It is the responsibility of all those candidates having foreign qualifications i.e. other than Matric/FSc (Pre-Medical) from Pakistan, to obtain recognition of their qualifications and equivalence certificates from the Inter-Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Islamabad.

Refund of Fee Policy
- Admission Fee shall not be Refunded in Any Case.
- Tuition Fee will be refunded as per following details:-
- If a student wishes to leave the institution up to 7th day of convene of classes (100% refund).
- If a student wishes to leave the institution from 8th to 15th day of convene of classes (50% refund).
- If a student wishes to leave the institution from 16th day of convene of classes. (No Refund, Only Refundable Security will be Refunded after the admissible deductions).
Fee Challan & Payment of Fee Policy
- Fee Challans are issued and handed over to the students after obtaining acknowledgment (signature) from each student in the subsequent semesters.
- Incase if a student "Did Not Received the Fee Challan", he / she must approach Accounts Branch - FUSH or email at (account_fumc@fui.edu.pk) for issuance of duplicate Fee Challan for timely payment of fee.
- Students will not be allowed to appear in the final term examination if the "Fee is Not Deposited".
Hostel Dues Policy
Hostel charges will be collected in advance and may be revised time to time. Laundry, Electricity, Catering or any other charges will be collected seperately.
Refund of Security Policy
Students may apply for the refund of security deposit on the prescribed form fully completed. Application for the "Refund of Security to be submitted in the Campus Accounts Department". After verification Campus Accounts Department will adjust any outstanding dues, obtain approval and process for the Refund of payment.
Medical Treatment Policy
- Only Outdoor Medical Treatment (OPD) facility is admissible for students.
- However, in case of any "Indoor Medical Treatment", the student will be charged in accordance with the availed facility.
