3. Attested Copy of Entry Test Results (NUMS & PM&DC).
4. Attested Copy of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Professional Exam Result Cards.
5. Attested Copy of Domicile.
6. Attested Copy of CNIC (Candidate).
7. Attested Copy of CNIC (Father / Guardian).
8. Attested Copy of Pension book / Release Order in case of Armed Forces Retired Personnel.
9. Serving Certificate in Case of Armed Forces Serving Personnel.
10. Bank Paid Challan / Pay order / Bank Draft of Processing Fee (Non-Refundable) Rs.10,000/-

Notes:

• Minimum 60% Marks are required by the student in the last professional examination taken in the reliving college in order to qualify for migration.
